Locations & coverage areas

OnSite Employer Testing is based in Rolling Meadows, Illinois. We support employer-directed mobile and on-site drug and alcohol testing at worksites, warehouses, transportation operations, manufacturing plants, construction job sites, and other employer locations—planned around shift timing, gate access, and realistic drive times. Use this hub with our service areas map to see where collections are practical.

Each hub below is written for HR, safety, DERs, TPAs, and operations leads who run field collections at plants, yards, and fleets—not clinic intake scripts. We tell you what is workable before you authorize tests internally.

For county-level anchors, open service areas. For program rules and common employer questions, see the FAQ or the employer drug testing FAQ.

Operational note

Collections follow how your plant or warehouse actually runs—gates, shift handoffs, and realistic drive windows—before we lock a time. If a draw cannot run cleanly on site, we say so early.

How coverage works

  1. Employer request. You send site addresses, DOT or non-DOT program context, and how soon people need to be seen.
  2. Logistics review. We review drive time, gates, shift windows, and test type against what crews can cover that day.
  3. Confirmation. We lock a window only once the field plan holds—no soft maybes for your supervisors.
  4. Collection day. Collectors complete the employer collection and custody handoff your TPA or administrator expects.

Illinois metro hubs

Chicago, Joliet / I-80 corridor, and Rockford / northern Illinois—context for warehouses, plants, yards, and blended DOT and non-DOT workforces under Illinois workplace rules.

Regional employer hubs

Midwest distribution and manufacturing belts, Texas Gulf / Houston, Southeast Florida corridors, and West Coast warehousing and port-linked freight—field notes for transportation, plant, and multi-site employers, not branch slogans.

Schedule employer collections

Ready to schedule a mobile or on-site workplace collection? Send addresses and program details—we reply with what we can hold to. Urgent windows need clear authorization from your team.
